里長兒酒駕拒酒測　關門夾斷警員手指

苗栗竹南鎮1名黃姓里長的兒子(44歲)，昨天傍晚因酒後開車，被竹南警分局中港派出所李姓警員攔檢，黃男拒絕酒測，還關車門企圖逃逸，害李姓警員手指遭車門夾斷。警方訊後將黃男依公共危險、妨害公務及傷害罪嫌送辦。

李姓警員左手中指前段遭車門夾斷，僅剩表皮相連，幸緊急送醫接回。 警方查出，黃男酒測值為0.76毫克，訊後將他依公共危險、妨害公務及傷害罪嫌送辦。黃男酒醒後懊悔不已，表示「不是故意的」，並希望李姓警員早日康復。
