馬總統：競爭力排名下降是警訊

（中央社記者李淑華台北4日電）總統馬英九今天說，台灣在瑞士洛桑國際管理學院（IMD）2013年全球競爭力評比排名下降是警訊，值得注意。

IMD世界競爭力中心（WCC）公布2013年全球競爭力評比，台灣從去年第7名下滑到第11名。

中國國民黨下午召開中山會報，與會者會後轉述，兼任國民黨主席的馬總統說，西元1994年這項評比第一次發布以來，台灣表現仍以近4年為佳。2000年前，最佳排名是1995年的第11名；2000年到2008年，台灣排名多數時間只能在16到22名間徘徊，2005年時排到第11名，已是當時最佳。

馬總統表示，政府上任以來，克服金融海嘯後，2010到2013年分別排名全世界第8、第6、第7、第11，4年來平均在前十名。行政院長江宜樺都說，台灣是在領先群中，面對這樣排名狀況，希望台灣趕快趕上去。1020604
