超時工作　統聯、國光各罰30萬

新北市勞工局今天公布國道客運業勞檢結果，受檢12家業者中，有4家違反《勞動基準法》情事，分別為統聯客運、國光客運及福和客運勞工超時工作；大有巴士則是未給勞工例假日休息。其中統聯及國光，屢次使勞工超時工作，本次檢查仍未改善，已對兩業者各裁罰30萬元。

勞工局表示，國道客運肩負長途輸運重任，「超時工作」一直是國道客運業最常見的違法事項。本次專案勞檢，除統聯客運及國光客運遭勞工局裁罰最高罰外，福和客運亦因加班總時數超過46小時遭裁罰8萬元。大有巴士則因未給勞工例假休息，遭裁罰2萬元。
