雲端愛筵 為北源國小一圓農夫夢

「2012雲端愛筵聖誕到臺東」計劃持續發酵。臺東縣政府農業處認養了北源國小提出的『想要有個菜園』夢想，協助學童整地、填土、種苗、以及有機栽種的各項技術指導，學校今（29）日邀請縣長夫人陳怜燕出席『菜園發表會』，一起分享小農夫的喜悅。

北源國小從幼兒園到六年級，每一班都有自己的專屬菜園，小朋友一邊介紹著自己班級種植的蔬菜，一邊熟稔地拔除雜草，他們說，種菜好辛苦，卻好有成就感！

一手促成「雲端愛筵」的縣長夫人陳怜燕說，北源國小的圓夢計劃最特別，大家都想要「禮物」，北源的孩子卻想著要「付出」，他們想要一個菜園，是希望能為營養午餐加菜、為家人加菜，這份心意，最讓人感動！

陳怜燕說，為了種出健康的菜，小朋友學習如何不使用農藥卻能對付菜蟲、如何使用「天然肥料」取代「化學肥料」，看到孩子們懂得尊重土地、感恩食物得來不易，是在雲端愛筵推行之初，意想不到、卻也最寶貴的學習。
