沒建照就建　泰雅文物館竟是億元大違建

去年底苗栗縣政府花上億元在泰安鄉興建泰雅文物館，原預訂6月完工開幕，縣議員徐欽鴻今天在議會質詢縣府完全沒有合法建照，竟就帶頭違法「蠻幹」。徐指出，該文物館腹地共9筆國有地、19筆私有及2筆未登錄土地，全屬林地、農牧用地，縣府未取得土地撥用，沒有建築執照，就動工興建，現在主體建築都已幾近完成，還無法補辦相關程序。

徐欽鴻質疑根本沒有一點合法，要是一般民眾或人民團體，早就被勒令停業或強制拆除，只能用「只准州官放火、不准百姓點燈」來形容，「實在太扯了」。縣長劉政鴻表示，今年3月間發現問題後，已先將承辦人員懲處調職，目前正補辦程序中，預計今年10月完成。
