婚紗退換貨問題

有個煩惱就是...婚紗退換貨問題,
去年底一時衝動在展場訂了一組包套婚紗,(想說是可以結婚了)
照片:30組(含一些基本包套配備,周邊小物)
價格:39800元
訂金已經付了20000元(刷卡)
合約期限:3年

現在就是一來日子一直看不到,工作也忙(喬不出個時間結婚)
(今年10月要被公司派去大陸工作一陣子)
而且我男友他覺得拍婚紗照很浪費,結婚完就擱著了,很少會去看,
其實我也這麼覺得,是可以拍個意思就好,

想要去婚紗店退,又不知道該怎麼開口(怕不給退)
要換包套方案ex.照片組數改少(但怕又沒時間拍)

要怎辦呢???
