你知道你打的「19XY」專線是要付費的嗎？相信絕大多數民眾都不知道，而其中的「1911」停電報修專線，同樣也在付費電話之列，立委質疑，人家是通報有停電事故，應該要感謝人家，怎麼還收錢？台電公司今（27）日中午立即公布2支0800免付費專線，一支是24小時，一支是只限上班時間，有需要的民眾可以撥打免付費專線電話。

台聯立委許忠信今日在立法院經濟委員會質詢指出，民眾打「1911」專線通報停電事故，為什麼要收費？台電應該要感謝民眾才是！台電總經理朱文成表示，「1911」是服務電話，除了通報停電事故外，還有其他詢問事項，許忠信則要求，台電應該要宣傳，讓民眾在撥打這支電話前了解這支電話是要付費的，而經濟部長張家祝也表示會請台電公司說明清楚。

台電表示，「1911」主要功能是方便停電報修及增進搶修效率所設立的24小時付費專線，後來也納入電費及業務查詢、用電申請及陳情申訴等其它服務項目，在目前電費長期無法反映成本，導致台電公司嚴重虧損的情況下，實不宜改為免付費專線。

不過，台電另外有2支免費客服專線，有需求的民眾可以撥打0800-031212及0800-231213。其中，台電免費顧客服務專線0800-031212為24小時，但限市話，提供一般業務、電費等查詢服務；而免費權益申訴專線0800-231213，不限市話，但服務時間為上午8~12時，下午1~5時，可提供用戶申訴管道。
