31號肉羹順　10年捐款3100元沒停過

從《蘋果日報》創報以來，經過10個年頭，蘋果基金會也協助超過3千個弱勢家庭，在這些個案的捐款芳名錄中，永遠可以找到捐出3100元的基隆廟口31號肉羹順，從沒停過。

這個名字出現在《蘋果》資料庫的次數，大概比任何一個《蘋果》記者或攝影的名字還多，此次毒澱粉事件除了嚴重傷害到消費者，也讓有機名店里仁、環保團體主婦聯盟和基隆廟口肉羹順等名店重傷，甚至暫停營業。

肉羹順10年來捐款近千萬台幣，雖功過無法相抵或許也不應相提並論，但對於堅持長年行善來說，持續下去本身也需要不少勇氣。
