摘要：立法院挑燈夜戰，三讀通過的「會計法」修正案，原本適用對象，應該是「各大專院校教職員」，但通過的條文卻是「各大專院校職員」。而且依大學法規定，教授並不算職員。因此，一字之差，教授就不在，除罪化的範圍裡。對於這個情形，主計總處表示，目前沒有明確因應辦法，而法界人士人為，這恐怕會造成另一場，司法災難。
