男上女下被抓姦　強辯「練鋼琴」

潘姓已婚男子帶著小三返家做愛，被妻子抓姦在床，元配氣到提告，潘男和小三堅持2人並無通姦，稱當天只是在「練鋼琴」。

《自由時報》報導，潘妻在屋外聽到異常聲音，找來友人一同開門蒐證，發現老公和小三以「男上女下」的姿勢正在嘿咻，且發現小三竟是兒子同學的媽媽，和潘男都是家長會成員。法官認為「練鋼琴」說法是狡辯，判2人各5個月。
