港法院委任王文洋管理父親遺產

（中央社記者張謙香港2013年6月10日電）宏仁集團總裁王文洋委任的香港FTI公關顧問公司今天表示，5月2日香港高等法院正式頒令，王文洋是他的父親王永慶的「合法的遺產管理人」。

FTI指出，這個頒令授權王文洋「妥善而忠誠地管理相關遺產，並在攤還其父合理應負之債項後，將其剩餘之遺產及財產按法律分配。」

FTI說，為履行頒令，王文洋第1步將以合法遺產管理人身分，收回香港的兩家公司，一家是華陽投資（香港）有限公司，另一家是永誠國際投資有限公司，這兩家公司資產價值估計約40億美元（約新台幣1194億餘元）。

FTI提到，香港高等法院的令狀今天已正式送達這兩家公司。
