暑假規劃旅遊

我要規劃暑假行程...時間大概在7月底(24~28之間)
可是預算有限(大約12000~20000左右，但要規劃兩人的行程)﹝正在拼命打工中﹞
想要規劃3天2夜或4天3夜的行程
1.有考慮是否要去花東~剛好配合最近很夯的熱氣球節，但住宿(兩人)想住民宿，不知各位大大是否有推推的民宿呢？
2.有考慮要去小琉球...可是怕一直在搭車或坐船(我們都是桃園人)，如果推小琉球的話，不知有沒有適合的民宿與行程呢？
