討不到債 轟爛她的臉

〔自由時報記者項程鎮／台北報導〕台中男子陳保成向越南女子陳氏翠討債不成，當街槍擊陳女臉部，造成陳女死亡，最高法院依殺人等罪，判決陳某20年徒刑定讞。

判決指出，50歲陳保成與已入台灣籍的陳氏翠有債務糾紛，得知陳氏翠住在台中市潭子區，101年1月20日攜槍找陳氏翠討債，希望逼陳女還錢，陳女回稱：「又沒欠你錢，為何要還你錢？」轉身跑走，陳某一氣之下朝陳女臉部開一槍，子彈貫穿頸部，造成陳女中樞神經衰竭死亡。

庭訊時陳某辯稱自己有重度憂鬱症，聲稱案發時被辱罵，一時情緒激動才開槍嚇唬對方，不料失手打死人；合議庭認為陳某近距離開槍顯有殺人犯意，且陳某去找陳女前，已更換車牌及攜帶槍、彈，事後還從容到醫院看診取藥並拜訪友人，難認行為受重鬱症影響。
