嘉義查扣菜脯 加超量防腐劑

〔自由時報記者吳世聰／嘉義報導〕嘉義縣調查站會同嘉義市衛生局，昨查扣嘉義市唯一一家製造菜脯業者所存放八萬六千四百公斤疑似添加防腐劑「苯甲酸」超量三倍的菜脯，抽檢化驗。四十年製造菜脯經驗的林姓業者承認，加工過程靠目測及經驗添加，可能超過用量。至於外銷日本的菜脯，怕退貨，絕不添加。

嘉縣調查站接獲檢舉指，嘉義市湖內里加工製造菜脯的林姓業者（七十歲）添加過量的「苯甲酸」防腐劑，產品無廠商名稱，以「雄」標誌，出貨全國各地。

調查站人員購買一箱送驗，「苯甲酸」含量達二．七八g／Kg，超過標準一g／Kg逾兩倍，且包裝箱也沒標示含「苯甲酸」。

嘉縣調查站昨前往林某的冷凍倉庫搜索，查扣碎脯、大脯及切脯等各類規格產品七千二百箱（每箱十二公斤）、重八萬六千四百公斤，市價三百二十四萬元。

林姓業者說，加工過程中，只靠目測及經驗添加，可能因而超量，因為土地被徵收，已經不再加工，查扣的菜脯是庫存，他是嘉義市最後一家加工菜脯業者。

林某曾被衛生單位查獲，檢驗若確認超標再犯，將依食品衛生管理法移送地檢署偵辦。
