房產多達374棟 法院扣押劉志軍財產80億

大陸前鐵道部長劉志軍貪腐認罪，法院已追回他濫用職權造成的經濟損失，並扣押他的財產，其中光被扣押的人民幣及外幣現金就約合四十二億台幣，還有總值逾八億元人民幣（下同，約台幣卅八億）、共三七四棟房產，光是被扣押的現金及房產就約達八十億元台幣，財力雄厚令人咋舌。

劉志軍從一九八六年到二○一一年間，涉嫌濫用職權、非法收賄六四六○多萬元，遭檢方起訴；劉志軍九日在北京第二中級法院開庭審理時認罪，法院已扣押他的財產，意外讓他雄厚身家曝光。

根據檢方起訴書內容，劉志軍被扣押現金，共計八.三億多人民幣、八千五百多萬港幣、二百多萬歐元、三十六萬多美金和約十六萬加元。

在股票投資部分，凍結九個股票帳戶，山東黃金二七七○○股、佳電股份六○萬股、伯豪瑞庭酒店一○○％股份、英才會所一○○％股權、智波公司六○％股權及三百多萬人民幣理財產品。另還有三七四棟房產、十六輛汽車和書畫、飾品等物品六一二件。房產價值逾八億元。

劉志軍對檢方指控收賄、濫用職權兩項罪名無異議，但對兩筆共四九○○萬人民幣涉案金額，認為不屬收賄，這也是九日庭審唯一存在爭議的指控。
