Rambus與海力士訴訟和解

（中央社台北2013年6月12日電）彭博社報導，高速記憶體晶片設計授權公司Rambus Inc. (RMBS) 指出，與SK海力士公司（SK Hynix Inc.KR-000660）專利訴訟已達成和解，並與這家南韓記憶晶片大廠簽署科技授權協議。

Rambus執行長布萊克（Ron Black）聲明指出，「這項協議對兩家公司而言是一項里程碑，讓我們擺脫法律爭議，並有機會攜手合作。」

根據聲明內容，與SK海力士簽訂5年協議，將讓Rambus每季進帳1200萬美元。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）
