我認為應該算是不義之財
因為撿到人家的東西本來就應該要還給人家
這是理所當然的
我知道民法是有規定說可以分幾成
不過聖經上說
不可貪別人一切所有的就算是一塊錢也不能貪
因為就算掉錢的人沒有給謝禮
可是好歹人家也有講聲謝謝ㄚ
這還不夠嗎
況且如果人家經濟上真的有困難
難道連這一點點的前也要貪嗎
不是說人家不給什麼謝禮
而是撿到人家東西
物歸原主本來就是理所當然的
怎麼可以仗著有法律規定就硬ㄠ
法律怎麼規定這不重要
重要的是公道自在人心
我問這問題的重點是
撿到人家的錢
硬要跟人家分
也不管人家方不方便給謝禮
況且有些人真的是沒什麼錢
硬要的話
這樣算不算是不義之財
