我有一間房子正參與更新，房子在一樓有地下室
當初買的時候賣方說地下室雖然之前是登記為防空避難室
但實際是給1樓使用
但現在申請更新的建商說我的地下室只能領取補償費.
不能夠換坪數，請問這樣合理嗎？
