【時報-駐美記者胡文豐報導】穆迪評等服務公司：由於經濟信號並不清晰，因此聯準會很可能還沒做好準備縮減刺激計劃。過去幾年來，聯準會拼了老命就是為了刺激美國股市繁榮，房地產市場復甦，現在剛有了點眉目，因此聯準會現在不會積極退出這些計劃；除非就業市場出現穩定復甦，否則聯準會應不會考慮退出計劃。上個月，美國非農就業數據增加了17萬5千人，但整體失業率仍維持在7.6%的水準；而經濟學家傾向於美國的長期均衡失業率應該在5～6%之間，現在仍有些差距。
