台北市警方18日晚上11點多，在內湖康寧路一段攔截一名40多歲的中年男子。交通警察大隊副大隊長林基田表示，該名男子酒味很重，但又拒測，員警先開罰9萬元並扣車，再將男子帶回康寧派出所。員警在派出所再告誡男子一次，若不配合酒測，就要報請檢察官核發鑑定許可書，強制抽血，男子才配合酒測。

林基田表示，19日凌晨12點多完成酒測，男子酒測值達0.64，以公共危險罪移送法辦。
