再任非常任理事國　日本寄望2015年

【國際中心／綜合報導】日本外務省透露，日本已經確保能獲得2015年參加聯合國非常任理事國選舉的基本票數，可以回歸安理會。

日本迄今擔任了10次安理會非常任理事國，2010年是日本最後的任期。日本多年來要求聯合國改革，擴大常任理事國的名額，但是一直沒有結果。為此，日本希望以非常任理事國身分，繼續擴大在聯合國的發言權。

外務省據報已經在2014年編列了1.4億日圓的「選舉對策費」，準備邀請一批態度未定的聯合國大使訪日。
