保加利亞國會選後 無黨過半

（路透索菲亞13日電）保加利亞昨天國會大選計票將近完成，已有四黨得票超過4%門檻、進入國會。但沒有任何政黨得票過半，分裂國會使歐洲聯盟（EU）最貧困的保加利亞陷入政治僵局。

根據已開出的96%選票，中間偏右的保加利亞公民歐洲發展黨（GERB）得到30.7%選票，排名第二的是保加利亞社會黨（BSP）的27.0%。第三、第四分別是土裔政黨MRF得到10.6%，及得票率7.4%的民族主義政黨艾塔克黨（Attack）。 但最後結果可能還有變化，特別是國外如土耳其的選票計算後。 根據得票率計算，公民歐洲發展黨能在240席國會中取得98席，若能得到艾塔克黨支持，將可在國會中取得微弱過半數。但艾塔克黨黨魁席德洛夫（VolenSiderov）昨晚已排除這種可能，雖然這可能是為了談判取得較多籌碼。 前總理、公民歐洲發展黨黨魁波瑞索夫（BoykoBorisov）選後一改直言不諱的風格，保持特別低調。 社會黨黨魁史坦尼雪夫（Sergei Stanishev）說，自己確定保加利亞公民歐洲發展黨無法組成政府，同時表示社會黨準備與MRF、艾塔克黨及公民團體討論籌組內閣事宜，避免抗議繼續爆發。中央社（翻譯）
