全台民眾注意！中央氣象局今(21)晨發布豪雨特報，全台灣除金門、連江、花蓮、台東外，均覆蓋在這波豪雨特報的範圍裡頭；而台中、台南、高雄、南投、嘉義、屏東等地，豪雨特報的級數更是來到大豪雨到超大豪雨的規模，提醒這些地區的居民，務必要嚴防豪雨成災。

氣象局今晨5時30分發布即時天氣訊息提醒，目前台灣海峽持續有較強對流系統移入陸地，西半部地區已有較大雨勢發生，民眾必須注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風，低窪地區也要慎防淹水。

受滯留鋒面影響，氣象局今日更持續發布豪雨特報指出，台灣中南部、北部、東北部及澎湖地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，中南部山區並有局部豪雨或大豪雨發生的機率，民眾除注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風，低窪地區請慎防淹水外，也要提防溪水暴漲，山區則要慎防坍方、落石及土石流。

氣象局指出，今日有機會發生大豪雨地區，包括台中市、南投縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣等地。
