大家好

近來看了幾間房屋

發現都剛轉手沒有多久

我想問的是

奢侈稅根本沒有多大效應阿

因為

看了一間房子才隔不到3個月就要轉賣

3個月前轉移為500W

現在喊價730W

我問了仲介

他說當初那個有辦自住所以課不到奢侈稅

但是我心理想...

這樣價格不就層層碟上去了

好失落喔~~~

仲介只要找到一個人頭且辦理自住

這樣價格就可以提高咧
