危險了！美消費者對iPhone滿意度下滑 三星滿意度大躍升

全美消費者滿意指數 (ACSI)最新報告，民眾對於三星 (Samsung) 與 Google 旗下摩托羅拉 (Motorola) 的智慧手機產品滿意度上升，蘋果 (Apple) iPhone 的分數則下滑。

根據美國全國性消費者滿意度獨立調查機構「全美消費者滿意指數 (ACSI，American Customer Satisfaction Index)」最新年度報告，民眾對於三星 (Samsung)(005930-KR) 與 Google (GOOG-US) 旗下摩托羅拉 (Motorola) 的智慧手機產品滿意度上升，蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) iPhone 的分數則下滑。

《彭博社》報導，根據 ACSI 周二 (21 日) 公布 2013 年度報告，iPhone 在全美手機用戶的滿意度排名仍以總分 81 保住冠軍，但分數較一年前減少 2.4%。

反觀摩托羅拉及三星，在全美消費者滿意度則縮小與蘋果差距，今年評分分別較去年增加 5.5% 及 7%，各以 77 分及 76 分居第二、第三名。

ACSI 指出，三星的消費者滿意度大幅躍進 7%，創所有手機製造商進步紀錄。主要歸功於去年 5 月推出的熱賣產品 Galaxy S III。

報導指出，iPhone 上季銷量僅成長 7%，創產品 2007 年上市以來最差單季增幅。如今調查又顯示，美國消費者對這款產品的滿意度下降，凸顯了三星手機在美國的受歡迎程度躍升。
