【國際財經】伯南克︰寬松政策收效顯著，提前收緊風險巨大

美聯儲主席伯南克周三表示，美國貨幣政策提供了巨大裨益，提前收緊政策將帶來巨大風險。

伯南克在國會證詞演說中表明了上述立場，稱美聯儲貨幣政策正幫助美國經濟復甦，盡管聯邦公開市場委員會(FOMC)已經明確表示準備增加或縮減資產購買規模，但在撤出寬鬆政策之前，有必要進一步觀察經濟表現。

伯南克認為，美國經濟在2013年一直以溫和的步伐持續增長，大規模貨幣政策減弱了經濟面臨的阻力，經濟面臨的部分阻力已經開始消退，即樓市和歐洲情勢。但他同時告誡稱，美聯儲政策無法抵消聯邦政府預算削減措施對經濟的拖累。

伯南克指出，可能根據具體情況調整資產購買節奏，但證詞並未表現出美聯儲已準備撤出當前每個月850億美元的購債計劃，並強調稱，失業率高企和就業不充分帶來的“成本非常高”，損害經濟潛力。(R01)
