檢舉違法放生 中市最高獎3萬

台中山區傳出放生眼鏡蛇，讓人膽戰心驚；台中市農業局制訂檢舉違法放生獎勵辦法，昨天已通過市政會議；違法放生可罰款2萬至10萬元，民眾檢舉屬實，最高可獲得3萬元獎金。

聯合報報導，台中山區傳出有宗教團體，在野外放生外來種眼鏡蛇，居民、農友人心惶惶。

台中市農業局表示，去年10月台中市放生保育自治條例已生效，所有放生行為要擬定計畫，提早15天向農業局申請，還要有生態專家評估，外來種與保育類動物禁止放生。

台中市農業局長蔡精強說，放生行為容易流於商業化，造成放了又抓，甚至人為豢養的烏龜、鳥類等，放生到野外後，無法自行覓食生存，反而謀害生命，放生也會衝擊自然生態，若放生外來種動物，對環境危害更重。
