重複性塑膠餐具3類　衛署公告需標示

衛生署食品藥物管理局，今天發布新聞稿表示，衛生署今日公告，「重複性使用之塑膠類盤、碗及碟等3類食品容器應依食品衛生管理法第18條規定標示及實施生效日期」，明確指定此3類塑膠類食品器具應標示品名、材質名稱、耐熱溫度、原產地(國)、淨重、容量、數量或度量、製造日期、使用注意事項或微波等其他警語、廠商名稱、電話號碼及地址等8項。
 
其中，材質名稱及耐熱溫度等2項，須以印刷、打印或壓印方式，直接標示於產品之主要本體，以供民眾選擇安全餐具，避免不當使用，本公告自公告後，1年(即103年6月10日)正式實施。
