Q1實質薪資53689 近4年最低

（中央社記者林惠君台北22日電）行政院主計總處今天公布，1至3月平均薪資為新台幣5萬4897元，受年初廠商發放年終獎金較少及同期消費者物價指數上漲1.81%影響，實質平均薪資為5萬3689元，近4年最低。

主計總處表示，1至3月平均經常性薪資為3萬7508元，較去年同期增加0.74%；1至3月平均薪資為5萬4897元，較去年同期減少1.64%；1至3月實質平均薪資較去年同期減少3.39%。

3月經常性薪資為3萬7612元，年增率0.48%；3月平均薪資為4萬1652元，受2月廠商發放年終及績效獎金影響，較2月減少33.19%。

平均薪資是每月經常性薪資（本薪及按月給付的固定津貼及獎金）及非經常性薪資（含加班費、年終獎金、員工紅利等），實質平均薪資則為扣除消費者物價指數的薪資。1020522
