（路透卡加立21日電）加拿大西部卡加立市（Calgary）今天遭遇數十年未見的豪雨侵襲，市中心區關閉，全市110萬人口有10萬人被迫撤離家園。

警方說，卡加立以南約60公里的高河鎮（HighRiver）可能已有4人喪生。約1200名官兵正在協助民眾撤離。亞伯達省南部某些地區在兩天內降下100多毫米雨量，氣象預報說，雨至少會下到明天。氣象局說，加拿大洛磯山脈的坎莫爾（Canmore）在36小時內降下220毫米雨量，將近一年雨量的一半。卡加立市位於亞伯達省（Alberta）南部，是加拿大的石油城。
