CSO 垂直同步 AIT顯卡問題

各位大大好

玩C S O時 人多的時候 fps總是會掉到50 40...

我已打開控制台 把fps max 改成 101
不過遇到人多 還是免不瞭fps下降
但是我聽說 關閉垂直同步可以穩定fps值
但是我爬過文了 WIN7電腦 我家並沒有 控制面板 這個選項
所以我懷疑根本沒有安裝驅動程式..

我家的電腦是WIN7系統 ATI 4670的獨立顯卡

請問一下 控制面板 要如何下載@?

另外有人說WIN7電腦玩CSO不用關閉垂直同步

因為WIN7 垂直同步 就算開啟 在CSO也是無效的 這個說法對嗎@?
