鋁罐廠大華金屬：QE退場可創購併中國同業機會

【劉煥彥／台北報導】國內最大、中國第5大鋁罐製造商大華金屬（9905）總經理姜正行上午在股東會後表示，美國QE政策提前退場，利率將會上揚，未來可能造成貸款擴產的中國同業面臨資金調度難題，使撐不下去的同業廠商求售，而目前幾乎零負債的大華金屬，將來不排除購併這些同業以擴張產能。
 
大華金屬說明，中國鋁罐市場依然供過於求，目前每年需求約220億支，但業界總產能高達470~480億支。
 
大華股東會上午通過，每股發放現金股息2元，是1990年股票上市以來最高金額。
